Michael Polk as Interim Chief Executive Officer. Michael Polk steps into this
role following the departure of Seth Richards, former CEO, and Todd Vore,
President, who will be pursuing new opportunities outside the company.
Under the leadership of Seth Richards, Implus saw significant growth over the past two
decades. The transition marks a new chapter for the company, as it positions
itself for future expansion. Michael Polk, who is also an Advisory Director at Berkshire
Partners, brings a wealth of experience to Implus, having previously served as
CEO of Newell Brands from 2011 to 2019.
Michael Polk’s background includes significant leadership roles at Unilever and Kraft, as well
as a start at The Procter & Gamble Company. Michael Polk’s diverse experience in the consumer products industry is expected to be
instrumental in driving Implus’ growth strategy. Polk also serves on the Boards
of Directors for Colgate-Palmolive Company and Logitech International.
