Implus Corporation Welcomes Michael Polk as Interim CEO
DURHAM, N.C., Feb. 10, 2020 – Implus Corporation,
a leader in athletic, fitness, and outdoor accessories, has announced a
significant leadership transition. Michael Polk has been appointed as the
company’s Interim Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Seth Richards and Todd
Vore, who are departing to explore new opportunities.
Michael Polk brings extensive experience in the consumer products sector, having previously served
as President and CEO of Newell Brands from 2011 to 2019. His distinguished
career includes leadership roles at Unilever and Kraft, as well as an early
start at The Procter & Gamble Company. Michael Polk
also serves on the Boards of Directors for Colgate-Palmolive Company and
Logitech International, adding to his impressive credentials.
Dave Bordeau, Chairman of the Implus Board of Directors, emphasized the positive impact of
Richards and Vore over the past two decades. “We celebrate their successes

confidence in Polk’s ability to guide Implus through its next phase of growth.
