Dr. Vijay Eswaran has many accomplishments to point to at his company QI Group Ltd. He introduced ecommerce and direct selling to the health and wellness markets of Asia through QNet and has provided others the opportunities to build their own businesses through QNet’s direct selling program.

These philanthropies fund services and care for disabled children, schools across Asia, villages facing crises and environmental cleanup operations. Eswaran’s company has come through a lot of financial difficulties to get to where it is today.
Vijay Eswaran was born in Malaysia and traveled around the nation while his father worked for the Ministry of Labor. He relocated to Europe as a young man where he attended the London School of Economics and then spent time in various odd jobs. A couple years later he moved to the US and completed grad school at Southern Illinois.
He worked as a consultant for several IT and marketing companies while at the same time pursuing some direct selling opportunities on the side. He decided to take the plunge into multilevel marketing completely and returned to Malaysia in 1998 with the Cosway Group.
Eswaran cofounded QI Group in 1998 and started exploring ecommerce as its primary form of sales. Most products are sold through QNet, a company that sells household cleaning products and water purification systems, health and personal training products, automotive supplies and even vacation packages through sister companies.
Along with QNet Eswaran also founded QI Asset Management which owns several vacation villas and resorts and offers customers various credit and financing resources. Right now he is looking to complete a green housing project for QI University in Ipoh City.
Eswaran is an author and his bestselling book is In The Sphere Of Silence, a book about becoming a business leader through learning inner silence. He also lectures at universities and seminars from time to time and is a regular speaker at the World Economic Forum. He is known as one of Forbes Asia’s Heroes of Philanthropy.
